Curvy Lounge is an outdoor chair designed to be used by the pool. The lounge is lightweight to help with transportation and avoid unorganized placement of furniture around the pool. Marine Ply was chosen as the material as it is easy to cut, can be shaped and is waterproof. This is seen in marine structures, that utilise marine ply in particularly wet and all weather conditions. Slats were used to allow water drop through the structure and dry quickly due to increase airflow. These also allowed for the creation of the curved form, which reflects water and outdoor themes. Having a durable curvy lounge means that this can be utilised and  enjoyed for years to come during family get togethers by the pool.
