Go Kart Center and Visual Identity

My clients are Susanne and Paul who have recently purchased an empty block of land in Preston which used to be the location of Bunnings before they moved further down the street. Susanne and Paul aim to undertake their lifelong project of building a Go Kart track with associated facilities at this location. The northern suburbs of Melbourne do not feature any Go Kart tracks,  so this will be an opportunity to attract people who live in this location as well as yet their target demographic is situated all through Melbourne. As the block is also considered industrial land, there will be no noise complaints of the karts and there is a pre-existing car park which the customers can use. The block connects with three roads, allowing easy access to the site and it is positioned opposite northland which attracts hundreds to high school kids, families, and young adults every day. Susanne and Paul are generating this business from scratch and require the architectural and landscape plans of the track and building to give to their builders. They also need branding for their Go Karting business.

Communication Need 1

The client requires the design of a Go Kart track including the building it resides in and other catering and amenities rooms inside.

Communication Need 2

With the launch of the new business the client is also going to require an identity for branding/marketing.
