My short film will portray the life of a boy in two different age groups and the troubled relationship he goes through with his father. The style and genre will be a psychological and coming-of-age film drama. I want my film to explore aspects of culture and identity. Additionally, I want my film to emphasise the importance and impact of interpersonal relationships on a young adolescent’s life and show the wrongdoings that can come out of this, and the transitions faced growing up. through aesthetic qualities as well as the complex themes and ideas explore in the narrative.
