Brief 

The client

Jamie Paziotis is a professional architect located in Melbourne, who has a passion for both architecture and industrial design. Jamie has been asked to undertake a project for his family which involves designing a new family home. The project will be completed for Darren and Paula Paziotis on 47 Ormond Road Eaglemont. Paula is a relief teacher for Boroondara Park Primary and Ivanhoe Grammar. Whilst teaching, she has some knowledge about architecture as both Darren and Paula have moved from different houses in previous years. Darren is a part owner of a business whilst being the manager of General Sales Operations. The Clients would like a French Provincial style of home.

Presentation 1

Presentation 1 will involve an architectural design located at 47 Ormond Road Eaglemont where a family intends to live. The client requires the design of a family home with multiple living areas.

Presentation 2

As my architectural practice is newly established, I require a visual identity that can be used to market my work.
