I designed a weeding tool that is adjustable, so that my end users have a product where they feel safe and confident to do the thing they love, which is gardening. ​In the past there has been many problems with weeding tools, whether its durability, how cost effective the product is, the quality of the blade and whether it is strong enough and works well over an extended period. However, the main problem is the adjustability of the product for older ages, people with back problems or disabilities. This group of people are not accounted for when these tools are produced, hence why this is my focus in the production of my product. ​The answers revealed people want a weeding product to be adjustable and comfortable, affordable which a price ranging from ($8-$30). Due to the end user being people aged 65 and above living independently or people with back problems and disabilities a product that is adjustable and comfortable is most important.
